This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the rome2rio platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the rome2rio platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rome2rio as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. rome2rio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation and Security
To use rome2rio's services in full, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. rome2rio will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Provide accurate personal information during registration.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Keep your account information up to date whenever there are changes.
- Report any suspicious activity to our support team.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Rome2rio users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the rules set out. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rome2rio platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the platform's systems.
- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any action that compromises the integrity of the games.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's personal information.
- Sharing or transferring funds between user accounts through unauthorised means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.
- Disrupting or interfering with the technical operations of the platform in any way.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the rome2rio platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them. rome2rio does not accept third-party deposits or the use of credit cards in another person's name.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once the required verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. For withdrawals, users are required to complete the identity verification process before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- Deposit: Funds must come from a legitimate source and be in the registered user's name.
- Withdrawals: Processed upon completion of account verification. Processing time depends on the method selected.
- Fees: rome2rio reserves the right to charge reasonable processing fees for certain transactions.
- Disputes: All transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Rome2rio reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or in violation of anti-money laundering policies.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Rome2rio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss beyond the platform's control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
In no event shall rome2rio's maximum liability exceed the amount you have paid to the platform in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Rome2rio reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Confirmation of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
- Prolonged account inactivity as defined by platform policy.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, except in cases of fraud where all funds may be forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the rome2rio platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of rome2rio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rome2rio.
Third-Party Links
The rome2rio platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. rome2rio is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Rome2rio reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
